DEMODAY: Showcasing promising entrepreneurial ventures
On Wednesday, February 4th, Demo Day took place, an event dedicated to showcasing promising entrepreneurial ventures, bringing together entrepreneurs with innovative and high-impact projects.
Participants presented their initiatives through clear, structured, and dynamic pitches,
highlighting concrete solutions addressing economic, social, and local challenges.
These presentations highlighted the creativity, boldness, and commitment of young
entrepreneurs determined to actively contribute to the country's economic development.
Demo Day is part of the Comoros Diaspora Project, implemented by @Expertise France and funded by the French Development Agency (AFD).
This project's overall objective is to strengthen
cohesion, solidarity, and unity among all Comorians, both those living in the country and those in the diaspora, in service of the country's sustainable development. Beyond the presentations, Demo Day also provided a genuine space for exchange and networking, fostering encounters between entrepreneurs, partners, ecosystem stakeholders, and industry observers, all within a dynamic of collaboration and support for entrepreneurship.
Through this event, the ambition was to give visibility to projects while creating opportunities for support, partnerships, and funding for project leaders. Demo Day thus confirms the existence of a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem, rich in ideas and promising initiatives for the future.
